20. Baked Raspberry and Ricotta Cheesecake

Comment:  Lovely. Subtle taste of raspberry in the cheesecake goes well with the fresh ones on top. Made this for a family lunch - it went down well with adults and children :-)

Avoid: Rhubarb muffins, chicken casserole with cheesy herb dumplings.
